The Basics:-

Founded in 1997 Flowerday Hobbs provides Consultancy and Training in Skills/Capability Management.
 
We primarily support the IT sector, however the concept of skills/capability management is sector independent and the principles can readily be adapted to any sector where a well defined skills framework exists or is being developed.

We are based in London where we run one day public courses on a regular basis, however in-house courses may be booked at the customer’s venue within the UK or overseas. Web courses are also available for non UK residents.

We offer Consultancy, independent of, or in conjunction with, formal training. Follow up support is also available to assist you in embedding the appropriate processes and procedures into your organisation.

We believe in the importance of putting good quality controls in from day one and can advise you on fit for purpose checks and offer external health checks at key stages.
